Cancellation Policy
Booking Requirements A booking payment is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This payment confirms your spot and will be applied toward the total cost of your service. The booking payment is non-refundable to account for the time reserved specifically for you. Rescheduling Policy 3 Days or More Notice: You may reschedule your appointment at least 3 days prior to the original date without additional fees. Your booking payment will be fully transferred to your new appointment. Within 3 Days of Appointment: Rescheduling within 3 days will incur a $25 rescheduling fee, which must be paid to confirm the new date. The remaining booking payment will be applied to your new appointment. Cancellation Policy 7 Days or More Notice: Cancellations made 7 or more days prior to the appointment are eligible for a full refund of your booking payment. 3–7 Days Notice: Cancellations within this window are eligible for a 50% refund of your booking payment. Less Than 3 Days Notice: Booking payments are non-refundable for cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will forfeit their booking payment and may be required to prepay in full for future bookings. Late Arrivals If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled, and a rescheduling fee may apply. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
